Through the integration of fitness and sports medicine, I have developed a philosophy and protocol that is truly unique. When I began my career, very few professionals were bridging these two fields, and many advised me to specialize in just one. That skepticism became my motivation to pursue a different path.
Over time, my understanding of body mechanics, movement patterns, common injuries, and human performance has given me a distinct perspective. This approach has allowed me not only to elevate athletic performance, but also to significantly reduce both the frequency and duration of injuries.
There is nothing more rewarding than helping a powerlifter understand the biomechanics of the shoulder, making small but meaningful adjustments to technique, incorporating preventative rehabilitation strategies, and watching their bench press numbers dramatically improve. On the other end of the spectrum, I’ve worked with distance runners suffering from IT band syndrome who were told by multiple specialists that they might never run again—only to see them return to running 30+ miles per week, pain-free, utilizing bio-mechanical evaluation to design a fitness and rehabilitation program.
In a world that has become increasingly specialized, many professionals rely heavily on standardized protocols without stepping outside the box. My approach is different. By applying a deep understanding of the human body, asking targeted questions, and carefully observing movement, I am able to design highly individualized programs that deliver efficient and lasting results.
